Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. During sale periods or festive season, processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if there's a delay.
Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹2,999 qualify for free shipping within India.
- Orders below ₹2,999 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹99.
- International shipping is available at a flat rate of ₹2,999.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days, and international orders within 10–16 business days, depending on courier and location.
Payment
We currently accept prepaid orders only — Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets. Cash on Delivery is not available at this time.

Undeliverable Shipments
Orders that fail to deliver due to an incorrect/incomplete address, 3 failed delivery attempts, or refusal at the doorstep are not eligible for a refund of shipping charges.
Customs & Duties (International only)
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
