Hand embroidery carries slight variation in placement and colour. That is the hand of the karigar, not a flaw.

Dry clean only. Never machine wash.
Handle the aari embroidery gently; avoid pulling at threads.
Store folded in soft muslin or cotton, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Iron on low heat, always with a cotton cloth between the iron and the embroidery.
Keep perfume and deodorant off the embroidery — spray before you drape.
